Gothic Metal – Tiamat

Die dritte Band die den Gothic Metal mitbergründet hat ist meiner Ansicht nach Tiamat bzw. Johan Edlund der Sänger und etwas exzentrische Frontman. Wann das passiert ist .. darüber kann man sich jetzt streiten .. das ’94 Album Wildhoney beschritt zwar den Weg .. kann man zwar nicht so ganz dem Gothic Metal zuordnen .. allerdings sind einige Tracks darauf definitv Gothic … die ganze Grundstimmung des Albums passt ebenso .. das ’97 Album A Deeper Kind of Slumber ist dann das erste reine Gothic Metal Album der Band und es sollten noch einige folgen.

Auch hier hab ich mir lange überlegt welches Video ich euch zeige .. und auch hier habe ich das massentauglichste gewählt .. Brighter Than The Sun vom ’99 Album Skeleton Skeletron.
